Steven has been playing guitar and bass since 1994. He has played in original material bands such as Timeweaver and The Acausal as well as covers acts Parallel Lines (Blondie Tribute) and Made in Wales. During his time with Timeweaver, Steven was the principal sound engineer in their modest recording studio. More recently, Steven has been working on material for Timeweaver, Funkafonix, and Teutoburg Forest in a session musician role.

He got into music after being loaned Guns n Roses Appetite for Destruction on cassette. Helloween, Iron Maiden and Metallica followed soon after and his guitar journey began.
